Unlike ChatGPT which is a general-purpose language model, Leonardo's AI is personalised to match the creative voice and style of each user, integrating into content creation and social media management specifically designed for artists and craftworkers.
Is it dangerous?
There is no inherent danger in using Leonardo's AI tools as they are designed to enhance the business capabilities of artists and creatives without replacing human creativity. The company emphasises ethical AI use and a "human-in-the-loop" approach to ensure that the technology complements human efforts rather than replaces them.
Do I need to know about AI? Is it easy to use?
Leonardo's platforms are engineered to be user-friendly, especially catering to those who may not have extensive tech knowledge or who find traditional tech products challenging. This ease of use is crucial in making technology accessible and beneficial for all creatives. Our philosophy is that our clients need human-centric solutions, AI that wraps around them rather than expect them to code and prompt like an IT specialist to wrap around the AI.
How much tech knowledge?
Leonardo’s services are designed to require minimal technical knowledge from the users. The interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly, allowing creatives to focus on their creativity while the AI and our CRM (automation suite) handles the technical tasks.
Do you provide Tech Support?
Leonardo provides ongoing tech support and customer service to ensure users can effectively use the AI tools and address any issues or queries they might have.
What happens if I leave?
Users can typically discontinue services anytime, after the first quarter at only 1 month notice. We usually charge quarterly, so the termination would happen at the end of the quarter when the next invoice would become due. Data retention and handling post-service discontinuation would be governed by the company’s data policy, ensuring users' rights are respected.
Can I control content?
Yes, users retain control over the content created by the AI, with options to edit, modify, or approve posts and materials before they are made public.
