A web design studio — with a twist

Your new website
answers the phone.

We design and build websites for small businesses, then give them a voice, a memory and somewhere to keep every lead. Your site talks to customers around the clock, saves what they tell it — and when they ring you, you already know who they are.

The twist

Most agencies hand you a website and walk away. We hand you a front desk.

A Leonardo Power site isn't a brochure. It's a member of staff who never sleeps — one that talks, listens, remembers, and hands you the notes before you pick up the phone.

23:41 · Someone lands on your site

It's late. Their power's just gone.

Or the driveway's flooding, or they've finally decided to book the extension. Your competitors' sites are asleep. Yours says hello — and means it.

New visitor · from Google
23:42 · They talk to it

Out loud, or by typing.

The site answers like your best receptionist would. Opening hours, prices, "do you cover my postcode", "can someone come tomorrow". Trained on your business, in your tone of voice.

Do you do emergency call-outs in Swindon?
We do — Swindon is inside our one-hour zone. Want me to get an electrician to you tonight, or first thing?
23:47 · Every step is remembered

All of it lands in your CRM.

What they asked, which pages they read, the form they filled in — one tidy record, not a stray email in your inbox. Every visit adds to it.

Because people still ring.

Only now, before you've said hello, your screen shows who it is, what they looked at, and what the site already promised them.

Incoming · Priya Shah Emergency call-out · Swindon · booked 07:30
08:52 · You pick up already knowing

"Morning Priya — is this about the power?"

That's the twist. Design is where we start; the part that answers, remembers and follows up is what you're really paying for.

Our front desk, not a recording

Let it ring you.

Tell our receptionist three things about your business. It rings your mobile and talks about your trade — answering the question your customers actually ask, the way it would on your own site.

What's included

One team. The whole thing.

Design, build, voice, memory, search — and someone watching it all. You don't stitch it together from six suppliers. It arrives working.

Design & build

A site that looks like your business on its best day — fast, mobile-first, built to turn visitors into calls. You see the design inside a week; it's live in weeks, not months.

The voice

An AI receptionist that talks and types — trained on your services, prices and tone. It answers, qualifies, books, and hands over to a person the moment it should.

Voice + chat · 24/7 · your accent

The memory

A CRM built in from day one. Every visit, question and form lands in one record. When a customer calls, your phone shows the name and the story so far.

SEO & AEO

People don't search any more. They ask.

Search still matters, and we do it properly. But more of your customers now ask an AI for a recommendation — and take the first name it gives them. We build your site so that name is yours.

Quotable facts. Services, areas, prices and hours written so an answer engine can lift them cleanly.
Questions, answered. FAQ pages that mirror how people actually ask — out loud, in full sentences.
Proof that travels. Reviews, citations and local signals that make the answer confident enough to name you.
Who’s a NICEIC-approved electrician near Swindon?
Yes — J’s Electrical Ltd in Swindon jselectricalswindon.co.uk is NICEIC approved and has been trading since 2007, covering domestic, commercial and renewable work across Wiltshire. You can request a quote or book a callout on their site.

Why it's different

A normal agency builds you a website. We build you a system.

Design is the part you can see. The part that answers, remembers and follows up is the part that pays for itself — and it's the part most agencies never touch.

A typical agency

  • Hands over a website and an invoice.
  • Contact-form emails land in a shared inbox, somewhere.
  • Someone calls — you ask "sorry, who's this?"
  • Enquiries at night wait until morning. Or go to a competitor.
  • SEO is a bolt-on. AEO isn't mentioned.
  • Hosting, updates and monitoring are your problem now.

Leonardo Power

  • Hands over a website, a voice and a CRM — then stays to run them.
  • Every enquiry becomes a record, with the pages they read attached.
  • Someone calls — the screen already knows their name and what they need.
  • Enquiries at night get answered at night, booked, and confirmed by text.
  • SEO and AEO are built into the structure from the first wireframe.
  • We watch it around the clock and send a monthly report you'll actually read.

From first call to live in a few days.

How we work

Four steps, in order, with you at every one. No mysterious "development phase" where you don't hear from us.

1

Listen

A 30-minute call. We learn how your phone rings — who calls, what they ask, what a good week looks like.

Day 1
2

Design

You see the homepage design the next day. We refine it together until it looks like your business on its best day.

Days 1–2
3

Build & train

We build the site, train the voice on your services and tone, wire up the CRM, and lay the SEO and AEO foundations.

Days 2–5
4

Launch & care

We go live, watch it closely for the first month, then keep it running, updated and reported on — every month.

Live + ongoing

The studio

Small studio. Big infrastructure.

We've been building AI voice for four years — early enough to have made every mistake once, and long enough to know what holds up in front of a real customer at eleven at night.

In that time the same conversation kept happening. An owner hears "AI" and nods politely, because nobody has ever told them what it would actually do on a wet Tuesday afternoon. Ask the same person about their website and they're precise: what it cost, what it's for, and exactly what it isn't doing.

So we stopped selling AI and started building the thing it belongs inside. A site that looks like your business on its best day, ranks properly, and answers — typed or out loud — the moment someone asks. Every one of those conversations lands in a CRM you own, so you can follow up, retarget, and read back what people keep asking for, what they never ask about, and where the business should probably go next.

That's the infrastructure. We build bespoke apps and automations too — but this is the heart of it: a website, a voice and a memory, working as one thing instead of three suppliers.

Questions

The things people ask us first.

Will the voice sound like a robot?
No. It uses the same natural-voice technology behind the assistants you already talk to, tuned to your tone — friendly, brisk, formal, whatever fits. You hear it and approve it before launch, and you can change what it says at any time.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so, takes a message and hands over to you — by text, by email, or as a live transfer during opening hours. It never invents a price or makes a promise you haven't approved. Every hand-over lands in the CRM with the full transcript.
Do I need to change my phone system?
Usually not. Caller recognition works by matching the number that rings you against your CRM. For live transfers we can use your existing line or give you a new number that forwards to it.
Where does my customers' data live?
In a CRM you own, hosted in the UK/EU, with a data-processing agreement in place from day one. You can export everything whenever you like. We set it up with GDPR in mind — consent, retention and deletion included.
How much does it cost?
A fixed quote for the design and build, then a monthly care plan that covers the voice, the CRM, hosting, monitoring and ongoing SEO and AEO work. You get both numbers after a 30-minute call — no surprises later.
How long does it take?
You see the design in the first week. Most sites are live within four to six weeks, with the voice and CRM trained and connected.
I already have a website. Can you just add the clever bits?
Often, yes. If the existing site is sound we can add the assistant, the CRM and the AEO layer to it. If it isn't, we'll tell you plainly and quote for a rebuild.

Start a project

Tell us about your business. Or just ask the site.

A short form, a 30-minute call, and a fixed quote within two working days. Prefer to talk it through? The assistant in the corner is awake.

We reply within one working day. Your details go straight into — you guessed it — our CRM, so whoever picks up already knows your name.

Got it — thanks.

We've saved your details and will be in touch within one working day. If it's urgent, ask the assistant in the corner — it can book a call right now.
